We practice permaculture without recipes. We observe the cycles of the Ebro Valley, collaborate with the continental climate, and learn from every mistake. We don't chase yields: we cultivate relationships between soil, water, insects and the people who eat from this garden.
This project is an act of quiet rebellion. Against a system that distances us from what we eat, we choose to get our hands dirty. We believe every seed planted with awareness is a vote for food sovereignty. Growing your own food remains the most revolutionary act.
"Farming is not an act of growing plants, but of cultivating the land with devotion.", Masanobu Fukuoka
